There’s nothing you need to prepare in advance.
We’ll start where you are and allow the work to unfold naturally from there.
At the conclusion of this session, you’ll receive a private link to schedule your remaining seven sessions at a pace that works for you.

Container Commitment, Cancellations & Refunds
This work unfolds within a held 8-week private container.
Because of the nature of this work — and the time, presence, and care it requires — a shared commitment matters.
Payment & Commitment
Enrollment in the container is a commitment to the full 8-week process.
Payment (whether paid in full or via an agreed-upon payment plan) reserves your place and the time held for you, and is non-refundable.
This is not because the work is rigid, but because consistency and commitment are what allow it to be supportive and effective.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know as soon as possible — and no later than 30 minutes before our scheduled time — out of courtesy.
When notice is given with care, I’m happy to help you reschedule within the container timeframe when availability allows.
Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 30 minutes’ notice, may be considered used, as that time has been held specifically for you.
